July 2007 -- Added a page containing most of the Police Reports. I just added the May 21st 2003 report. I am still missing a few and will add those as I identify and scan to include the DV charges against me in 1993. August 2007 -- Added a page with data on the Domestic Violence hearings. I need to rescan some of this to remove social security numbers so check back. I believe the number of hearings to date are seven, yes seven. September 2007 -- Added on the Jun 2006 documents for the DV hearing to include the subsequent order overturning the initial order. I have kept the 'journal' entries Patricia attached. I will only say that the supporting evidence she refers to was never presented. On September 21, 2007 the Department of Corrections took Patricia back into custody. Here is what we know October 8, 2007 -- I posted the Motion to Revoke Probation. Patricia's hearing is Wednesday, October 10th. October 10, 2007 I posted my letter to Judge Murdoch regarding the Probation report. October 20, 2007 -- The link to the latest Albuquerque Tribune article is on the hoe page. I am beginning to work on the third chapter of the book and felt it was necessary to put the writing of the first head of the Beast Machine up. There is a link to the articles of Judge Kass on the Links page. October 30, 2007 -- I am placing Patricia's website www.Determined2Survive.com up as a pdf. It takes up 27mb and I was hoping to reduce it. Needless to say, not much truth. I also put up the registration in Kyle's name and an ad I found on the internet. November 7, 2007 -- I am beginning to work on Chapter three and I am posting the materials the Albuquerque Journal wrote on me regarding Enron and some of my military records. November 12, 2007 -- I am putting up a timeline that outlines the events in a chronological order with links to relevant areas on the website. November 24, 2007 -- I posted the letter from CYFD referenced in the blog "How the Children Came to Live with Their Father" November 30, 2007 -- A lawsuit Patricia filed against the Metropolitan Detention Center just came to light. Apparently, Patricia claimed to have injured her knee in January of 2005 to such an extent she asked for over two hundred and fifty thousand dollars in damages. She did have surgery several months later that I misidentified as another mental health issue after she told her mother that she did not know what they were operating on her for. I will note that she stood before the judge for at least half an hour two month after the injury. It is also interesting to note her only ongoing financial obligation was child support. January 3, 2008 -- There is a blurb about our case in the Albuquerque Tribune February 3, 2008 -- I posted the letter I wrote the GAL requesting the kids in September 2002. February 16, 2008 -- I posted the GAL report from December 2002 and the Court Order from the January 15 2003 hearing October 23, 2008 -- Motion to Dismiss Patricia's Probation violation based on a finding of incompetency and an assertion that Patricia is not dangerous November 12, 2008 -- I put up the section from the November 21, 2003 hearing where Judge Jewell states she is going to rely on the 'experts' to tell her what is best for the family. December 1, 2008 -- I placed the front page article on Glen that appeared in today's Albuquerque Journal. December 2, 2008 -- The interview KOAT Channel 7 ran on December 1st is posted. December 7, 2008 -- The news coverage for the week is up. It includes stories run on the local news on Monday. Tuesday, and Wednesday. I did not record the Thursday stories. December 9, 2008 -- A cable show interview with Judge Murdoch on sentencing December 29, 2008 -- DA Motion to reconsider Patricia's competency . January 1, 2009 -- Posted email from Ella Frank of the Department of Corrections about the Department's view of Judge's Judgment and Sentence. Put Patricia's original Judgment and Sentence up. January 30, 2009 -- Put articles from press on Ray Lopez's (Patricia's third and current husband) 8th DWI arrest. Albuquerque Journal and Channel 13 .
February 16, 2009 -- Started a section on Ray Lopez to include the letter he wrote the kids and I, pictures, and the letter he sent from Patricia. Mach 29, 2009 -- I posted the second parenting plan and associated order July 15, 2009 -- I posted the dismissal of Lopez 8th DWI arrest and the sentence given him in the probation hearing October 19, 2009 -- Posted copy of a Letter to the Editor of the Albuquerque Journal regarding Orders of Protection.
