Other Audio Undercover Recording February 6, 2004 Patricia met with the undercover deputy posing as a hit man Friday night on February 6, 2004. The deputy spend almost an hour with Patricia trying to talk her out of seeking my death. Eight times he brought up the fact that the children would be in the house when I was murdered. She herself brought it up once. Patricia was also aware of the likelihood of one of the children being in the room with me. There is about twenty minutes at the beginning of the tape where they are waiting for Patricia and setting up the surveillance. Most of this is blank airspace and I have edited this section out.
After Patricia's arrest they took her downtown for interrogation. They spent approximately forty-five minutes in the attempt to get her to explain her motivation -- all she could talk about is acts I allegedly committed over a year before Again, they let her sit awhile and I edited the silence out.
