Court Hearings 2004 Patricia's second husband filed for a restraining order against Patricia representing himself as the victim of her attempt to hire a hit man; in other words, representing himself as me. As strange a life is, Kyle began to contact me at the office. During one telephone conversation he told me Patricia was plotting to burn down the house with him in it. I asked him how he knew this and he informed me that someone had told him this at the prison. I related this strange story to the Assistant DA a couple of days later, making a joke about Kyle talking to other women while visiting with Patricia. Not only visiting with other women but bailing them out and moving in with them. This is the woman Patricia refers to during the hearing. I saw her driving Kyle's truck and entering and leaving Kyle's and Patricia's house while picking up part of Patricia and mine's property. Yes, Kyle met his new girlfriend while visiting his wife in jail, in a community property state, he took a 2nd mortgage out on their home to bail this girlfriend out and let her move in with him. He subsequently informed me that the equity in this house originated from Patricia.
