Court Hearings 2003 Patricia filed for Divorce in February of 2002. Between her filing and our Final Decree in December of 2004 we averaged a hearing a month. We spent time in Family Court, Domestic Violence, Civil, Bankruptcy and finally Criminal. The majority of hearings were recorded and are public record. September 15, 2003 Patricia filed bankruptcy in June, sixty thousand dollars in new consumer debt that she acquired while on Welfare and without a job. She used it as an another method of attack convincing the trustee that I sat on millions of dollars in assets. The trustee ran away with Patricia's arrest but that was six months of fighting about money again. The joint counseling with Glen proved a complete failure and another attempt by Patricia to set us up. She used a counselor that the GAL had disallowed and told her that Judge Jewell had requested a secret report on Glen. The counselor ran away when I threatened to subpoena her. I started getting email from a 'friend' of Patricia's making threats. Two ex employees contacted me after Patricia contacted them and asked them to testify about my 'abuse'. A stranger stopped me at the zoo after recognizing the children and told me that Patricia asked her to write a letter about my physical abuse of Montie. She declined. Everyone seemed tired of the fighting except Patricia.
