Court Hearings 2004 Patricia filed for Divorce in February of 2002. Between her filing and our Final Decree in December of 2004 we averaged a hearing a month. We spent time in Family Court, Domestic Violence, Civil, Bankruptcy and finally Criminal. The majority of hearings were recorded and are public record. January 5, 2004 Another hearing about money, the special master, trying to get paid over five thousand dollars for not recovering over ten thousand dollars want me to pay 80% of the bill. The Judge decided that I would only pay half. The photo albums that Patricia discusses were recovered after her arrest along with many of the items that the special master could not find.
