     Patricia's second husband filed for divorce a few months after Patricia's arrest. In December of 2004, his parents went to Court and won a restraining order against Patricia.

     It seemed that Patricia was calling their house at all hours of the night while in Grants for her pre sentence evaluation.

    Coincidently, we received calls at the same time from the jail in Grants in violation of the restraining order between Patricia and I and in violation of her plea bargain. I had a difficult time getting the calls to stop until I threatened the phone companies involved with a hearing in front of Judge Jewell.

    Patricia's defense is interesting. It is also interesting to hear her talk about her attempt on my life.
