    Avery v. Long and Sanders, Domestic Violence Hearing

   Kyle introduced me to Patricia's "father" at his and Patricia's divorce trial. I spent some time talking to the man, trying to figure out what the hell was going on.

   Of course, he was not Patricia's father and he was not my children's grandfather although he told me that if Patricia did not see the children, he would.

   I figured out who he was by confirming part of the story about the death of his son. He left out the part about his son dying in jail while awaiting charges on rape and kidnapping of a child under fourteen. This led me to his daughter, Rachelle, who just happened to be a fellow inmate of Patricia's in Grants.

   He called the house a couple of days later and Jessica answered the telephone. He then called the office a couple of days after that, each time trying to convince me that he was Patricia's father and telling stories about how everyone that argued with him in public died and how he had been investigated for murder and being a hit man.

   Of course he denied it all in Court, but after we got out he CDs where I had recorded most of the conversation at the house and office, there was not much left to deny.

   I got the restraining order against him. If I had been less sick that day, I might have gotten the order against Patricia.
